    Zinzani Studios is looking for content-creating, art-loving, wellness-enthusiasts to join our team of brand ambassadors. The Brand Ambassador promotes the brand, our products and services by creating social media content, engaging with existing and potential customers both on and offline, and developing new marketing tactics. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for influencing sales, increasing positive brand awareness, maintaining a consistent brand message through various channels, providing insights and feedback, and contributing to marketing campaigns.

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Who You Are

    • A Content Creator: You create videos and content that engages with your online audience and you’re good at it. We love that for you!

    • An Art-Lover: You have a strong appreciation for the arts, especially visual arts. That’s a must—art is who we are.

    • A Wellness-Enthusiast: You are passionate about wellness and align with our mission to advocate for the wellness of Black people.

    • Social Media Savvy: You are knowledgeable and skilled in using social media platforms and have a strong social media presence with a minimum of 5,000 followers on Instagram. Maybe you’re also on social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook, SnapChat, Threads, and X. Or even have a blog or Youtube channel—that’s a plus!

    • A Skilled Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, build rapport, and foster community.

    • A Visionary: You are a creative person with a vision, and the skills to bring your vision to life.

    • Sales Experienced: You may have previous experience in sales and customer service. If not, that’s okay too.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and implement methods for influencing sales

    • Create content to promote the brand, our products, and services through social media and other platforms

    • Communicate and engage with customers both on and offline

    • Contribute to photo/ video marketing campaigns

    • Positively represent the brand

    • Increase customer base and product sales

    • Improve brand awareness and build customer preference

    • Gather and report customer feedback

    • Share innovative insight

    • Assist at events when needed

    PAY AND COMPENSATION

    What You’ll Earn

    • Commission: You’ll receive your own custom discount code for customers to shop. That’s how we’ll track your sales influence. Anytime someone uses your code for online product orders, creative services, or event tickets, you’ll receive a 10% commission.

    • Flat Rate or Hourly Pay: When we need you to assist at events, you’ll either receive a flat-rate or hourly pay that will be determined before each event.

    • Free Products: You’ll receive products for any of our marketing campaigns you’re featured in.
